Bad Experience w/ Al-Zaman Exchange Operator

Yesterday I went to Al-Zaman Exchange in Lulu Hypermarket to send money via Western Union to my brother in my home country. I wrote down the receiver name correctly, but the operator had a mystype. But, she (the operator)did not want to re-type the receiver name, she said arrogantly that it will change automatically. I refused to accept it, and I dont want to sign it, and I said that it will give me a problem. She again convinced me that it is not a big deal. I left the place, unsatisfied, because I know it will become a problem. Then it's true, my brother sent me an sms that he can not receive money unless the receiver name is corrected.

I am not blaming Al-Zaman Exchange, but I want the manager of Al-Zaman to fired this lady who always eating when doing her job and refused to correcting her mistake which give me and my family in trouble.

you want the manager to fired the lady through QL? why dont you go down to the money changer and talk to the manager ?

I experienced the same before but, in my case I insist that they should correct it without paying any additional charge on my side and they did unfortunately the receiver texted me and said that it was deducted due to correction charges.

better talk to the manager of Al-Zaman Exchange so he/ she will be able to reprimand their staff.
