chinx_lady ...2 days back i came back from the phils, (i'm syrian) and this is the 3rd time i visit this lovely country, i had a filipina gf for 3.5 yrs, even she cheated me after deep love, but i still have the chance to have my filipina asawa, i love everything in the phils, even i opened a filipino resto in Doha and really i'm interested in learning tagalog, or even visaya.

you have to learn first the ...you have to learn first the tagalog alphabet and how to pronounce it which is almost similar to english alphabet like A B K D ... just like in arabic alif ba ta ...

tagalog is one of the ...tagalog is one of the complicated language...so be prepared.... my husband is trying to learn from watching tv (tagalog)....

to learn a language easily ...to learn a language easily (tagalog especially),u have to be w/ur teacher most of the time,trying 2 communicate using only the language desired.hav u ever wonder why a 2 year old kid can speak fluently and learn to speak in no time?compare to an expat working for 15 years but knows only the basic?

warm heart ...warm heart, don robert was teaching u the visaya language....i suggest just study first the tagalog..visaya is more complicated than tagalog...those filipinos who are from luzon or mnila speak tagalog..they dont understand visaya...
my husband speaks little tagalog...but he never understands me in visaya,.....good luck in ur studies.

you are funny mr. warm_heart ...but I just wonder why you have to look for somebody to teach you our language while you have already a Filipina GF before? I bet she could have taught you & as far as I'm concern, foreigners who have filipina partners can easily get along with with our language, even their partner's local dialect. I know it'll take some while to learn but just be patient.:)
