lets see. 17000 - 7000 = ...lets see. 17000 - 7000 = 10000. family of three - i think you want 2 bed apt. 2 bed apt = 7000/mnth. you will have 3000 to live on. depending on where you are from and how old your child is it can be either a lot or nothing. your call.
