Moving company in Qatar

Does anybody have an idea, what I can do?
I moved from Qatar back to Germany in August 2009.
The removal company was:

Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Removals.

Global Freight Systems Co. W.L.L.
P.O. Box: 30640 Doha - Qatar .
Packing started on the 18 of August, they finished after working one whole night on the 27. of August.
So we are talking about 10 days packing by 4 people. The same contents were packed in Germany and in
England within 3 days by 2-3 packers.
There was only one competent packer, the others were willing put they had no training.
We left Qatar on the 28, being told, that the ship would leave on the 29 of August,
arriving in Germany on the 26 latest 28 of September (a realistic time, moving from GB to Qatar took including tax four weeks).
Then I got the information, that the container was delayed til the 20.10, given reason: Ramadan.
Crazy, that would explain one week, not 4 weeks.
Until now the container has not arrived in Germany, according to the tracking record it was in Oman on the 16.10!!!

So if you think about moving, I would deeply warn you taking GFS.

I have no idea when my household contents are going to arrive, I am living out of suitcases for more than 2 months by now.
I had to hire a car, live in a holiday appartment, buy cloths because of the weather (having enough in the container) etc.
This delay has already cost me 5000 Euro.
Do not get the idea, that the moving company is in any way interested in my expenses.
