This bridge is half under the water, for ships to pass and then again, it comes out on the other side.
Truly a marvelous piece of engineering!
This bridge is between Sweden and Denmark

Murali ...That is some serious engineering. That is what I called thinking out of the box. Why not under water instead of building a bridge?
Actually it was build on concrete chambers one at the time. Push and pressurized to pump out the water, then sealed and reenforced one at the time. I believe the concrete chambers are laying down at the bottom of the ocean bed heavily anchor down.
That construction is a marvel of road engineering.
