Moving to Qatar

Hi

we are moving back to Qatar in a couple of times, and was looking for some pointers on accomodation there, was looking for a 4 bedroom villa, in a compound or stand alone, not furnihsed. The cllasified section is a mess, can make head or tails out of it, any one can help?

Dear karim Al habsi ,

4 bedroom villa is a compound or stand alone without furniture.

In prime area -- QR 15,000=00 per month.
In sub prime area -- Qr 12,000=00 per month
In far away areas -- Qr. 8,500=00 per month.

If you have never been to qatar, ( and cant make head nor tails of the classified )the above is the perfect answer for you.

Thanks, I know Qatar very well, I lived there from 2001 till 2005, so I know the areas.

When you say subprime, where exactely do you mean? I m not looking to rent in west bay or Dafna, but would like to resnt a house in a decent area, like alhilal or the areas near the Kahrama HQ.

in Muaither, u can find a villa with 5~6 bedroomS for QR. 10000, depends how u can negotiate.

Anyway, AL Waab area is nice and nice compounds around...depends on schools and work areas.
