Ummm Yups thats true ...Yups it was in Local arabic newspaper, A spokeman was authorized person from HMC and he confirmed it. Its 1 month Basic salary as Bonus for being accreditated by JCI. Sooooooooo CHEEEEEEEERS :)

did u see the new memorandum ...did u see the new memorandum in intranet regarding the new salary for all QATARY STAFF ONLY. they got increasing starting effective starting from NOVEMBER salary.
the nurses and doctors got their increasing, so does Qatari staff.........only left the NON qatari staff remaining the same

Is that so Silvia? ...it will have a negative impact to the non-Qatari workers who may not be in the medical units but still work for HMC. It's not surprising for me since I have friends working there and I get to hear their sentiments about how badly it is run in terms of treating their employees fairly.
And JCI? No comments!! Everything has a price.

now.....do u hear the update ...now.....do u hear the update info. it turns out the incentives from JCI it only applies for QATARIES staff only. non Q will not get anything from JCI things.
so........dont get hope to high. but we should thankful from HAMAD for giving us (NON Q) GIFTs of TERMINATION, cut the ALLOWANCE, and no INCREASE in salary.
where i found one article from the newspaper tht the government before thinking to adjust the expat salary in year 2010. inshallah we will seee how it goes.....

but lots of my friends who live in doha and working outside doha, finds themselves move to the closest hostel or places tht provide by the hospital and they told me, they cut their allowance, which they NOT happy with tht.
the reason am telling u tht, so u can minimize ur hope about the incentives things. as am already DOWN with the termintation rumours, as last week my dept. was accept few qataries trainee tht soon to b (WHO KNOWS) ready to replace us

yeah........i guess 1 yr ago ...yeah........i guess 1 yr ago they increase the salary for doctor and nurses and they say they STILL DISCUSSING to also increase the salary for non clinical staff.
but one year past now, and the discussion is still PENDING and come the new issue to DISCUSS such as qataries salary increament and forget the issue of non clinical staff.
