Anywhere in the world, there will be faked diploma ...As far as i know, not only in the Philippines,but anywhere in the world there will be faked diplomas.There are government universities and private ones as well. Some are recognized worldwide and others are not.
It is true that the majority of filipinos are educated, but does not mean that all of them have graduated from well known worldwide-recognized universities.
By the way, I know you won't believe, but our teaboy here is a medical doctor and he graduated from Jingle Pingle University in Nepal

oh please. i have worked with filipino in Saudi, Oman, Uae, Qata ...I think i know what i am talking about over the past 10 years. yes they are very nice to your face, but sorry to unset some people, you get what you pay for. Some of my Indian staff are better,(Some) but at the end of the day it all falls back on qualifications, skills and ability to do the job. I find the other staff I mentioned to talk lots and show little action in these main areas. The truth is in the work. Do little as possible and get lots of money. Be two faced to the boss. Complain to the other staff when they get yelled at for being incompetent. There been the same in every Middle Eastern country I have worked in. The truth hurts. Live with it. Filipinos are pay an average of 3,000 per month, western 35,000 per month. That’s live, live with it or go back home.
