Ok we are all admitting that there's a serious economic crises although here in Qatar, it had the less influence above the other Gulf countries.
So why dont every one of you mention what he had to give away or in other words, to halt down until this crisis is over, or how it affected you in such ways generally??!!

No buisiness in Malls
Millions are losing jobs
Hundreds of companies are closing daily

Noha...My firm reduced or denied paid ...My firm reduced or denied paid professional development for staff, this year. I believe they were not hit with anything, it's just a precautionary procedure, or might be greed?

To be honest with you i have ...To be honest with you i have to change my eating habits
No coke at all, more vegs, very less meat, more fruits, very less sweats to keep running and regular exercise for 2 hrs daily. It is just simply good heating. No Junk food.
Happy! it'll take some sweating to burn calories.
You have to find a combination which will work for you. Any dieting plan is not good unless it is according to your needs.
I used green lemon tea also it did work for me. Early mornings and before every meal.
If you are addicted to black tea/coffee (you can take half cup or least possible to keep you going)!
