Extra Pairs of Hands Please.......

A plea (yes, another one)  from Qatar Pets & QAWS.....

Maybe we were naive, maybe we didn't look into the future.........Maybe we did and we carried on regardless!! As you are all aware from the constant barrage of requests we put on here that we often put out a plea to you guys!

This one is for extra pairs of hands, not money, not goods,  just your TIME.

The shelter is bursting at the seams, the requests to take in more animals are coming daily - each call is as important as the next, each case is as heart wrenching as the next, we are coping to the best of our abilities BUT we really need some extra help.

The animals in our care are given shelter, food, a comfortable place to sleep, walks, cuddles, medical attention, baths, toe nail clips, brushes, their laundry is done daily, their kennels are cleaned daily, their every need is tended too......that is our commitment to those unfortunate animals that find themselves in need of Qatar Pets & QAWS.

We do our best BUT....isn't there always a BUT?

We need people to help, an hour dog walking, half an hour cat cuddling, 10 minutes grooming a donkey, it ALL adds up.

We have a 'core' group of volunteers covering most shifts daily now so there is always someone to guide you and assist you.......
