Labor Law
I’m planning to go in labor dept to seek advice because my company wants me to work in the other company which is not same sponsor. It is legal? And it’s possible to arrange the labor dept to give me N.O.C once if I resign, some of my benefits in my contract are not be given regarding my ticket for my vacation.
