yes you can renew it but u ...yes you can renew it but u have to pay the fine for late renewal 1500 and 250 for the new driving license...
just talk to the officer incharge and tell him that you were away from country may be the will not fine you so just pay 250 and you can get your new driving license.they will ask you for your old driving license hope you got it with you.
