how to express love
ok guys i am at the age where love or falling in love or having a love interest is the most important thing in life.. this is what all my friends talk about these days..
i know back home guys are shy and stutter and shake and do not make eye contact (just like criminals) when expressing their feelings to a girl.
my question if u r a guy: have you ever expressed love to your girl and if yes how and if now why not...
girls: did a guy ever express his love to you and how and how did you react to that...
i share my experience briefly.. when i was 19 and in lucknow, my next door neighbor's son came to my house one evening and sat down in front of me (we were friends). he fidgeted and tore a piece of papaer into thousands of peieces and then said in a kinda sheiking voice that he loved me.. when i did not respond, he took off his shoe and came to me and asked me to hit him on the head with it in case he had offended me..
jeez maan i hated him for the last bit.

For example, to many, going to the top of the Eiffel tower in Paris would be the height of romance...but my girlfriend would find it very cliche (like EVERYONE thinks the tower is romantic), so she would prefer to go to the beach that we met on.
If you 'love' someone, but don't know how to tell them then you need to wait, because if the timing doesn't feel right for you then it won't for the other person.
Assess the mood! Sometimes my girlfriend is in a hyperactive mood; that is not the right time to start a deep emotional conversation!
I think too many peeople force it.
You get swept up in a moment when the time is right, when it isn't....it is contrived and forced.

now slowly start giving gaps in meeting, show that i m busy..to feel how important i was to them....

Red Roses all the way ...As far as I am concerned I strongly believe in Roses ... well only Red Roses. I did write hundreds of love letters and sent thousands of Red Roses. I don't think I missed to bring home Red Roses on any Valentine's....even in Saudi Arabia where Mutawahs used to get the Red Roses out of the way on Valentine's.
Red Roses... Candle light dinners .... Greeting cards on occasions or no occasions.
I do love the whole humanity. Well, except my dear and only wife I do present Yellow Roses and greetings...

to Ajooba...expressing love ...Coming from India, a long time ago I agree that women did not express love so freely. But there are examples otherwise and our history revolves around it. Sita and Ram. Prithviraj and Sanyogita, Krishna and Rukmini, Shiv and Parvati.
If you do love someone then you need to take a chance and say it and better sooner rather than later.

The best way to express love is to let time ......take it's course. Wait it out. You will not regret it. Love is best expressed when nothing is said. Words take the life out of the expression. Don't make elaborate plans or wait for the right occassion. Let love come to you. Slowly.

hi ajooba ...Can you say the main difference between an arranged marriage and love marriage?
both has failures if there is misunderstanding and both has success if there is understanding.that is if there is love between each other to give up and manage negative aspects of each other then they become successful partners in marriage.
If all the love marriages made with proper love and not lust then there shouldnot be failures in love.
So one should select a partner only after knowing his basic negative aspects in character and check whether that can be managed emotionally or not before confirming love.
to check it, one should talk different critical life situations faced by variuos people in dayto day life to the partner and ask his reaction and how he will react in such situation.
This shall give an idea about his/her basic character make up.
love requires plan using brain but love becomes blind as it uses emotion that is heart.this is the main problem for your confusion.
