Traffic Department opening hours/tests
Hi all
Just wondering can anyone tell me when the traffic department office opening hours are? Need to convert my UK license to a Qatari one-do they keep your UK license when they convert it or do you get it back? Also wondering if you hold a full driving license from another country do you still have to do the practical test?
