Get a SAPS police clearance and your academic cert's all certified by the SA Foreign Affairs Ministry. Thake these, together with the standard Dept of Labour employemt contract to the DoL. Then after they change the requirements 5 times, move the goalposts 14 times and after your 3rd facelift, maybe you'll get the permit.
Ask me, my wife has been working nearly 2 years now and the application is still in progress!!
