sa seryosong parte ...which I heard from one Filipino Labor Immigration officer based in Canada, sabi nya: " Most employers preferred Pinoys because most of them are educated, well-mannered & considerate. One example is that, when office work ends at 5pm and if there's pending work to do, Pinoys tend to finish them even after office hours, even w/out overtime pay. In the case where tea boy is not around & the boss need some assistant, Pinoys never hesitated to offer it, not minding whatever their position/rank in their office. For them, helping out is just a simple thing to do. Some even throw garbage while on their way out to the office, yet they don't mind it. Tidiness counts a lot with Pinoys. And what makes them so unique? Most Pinoys put their family first. The first, second even third cousins are part of their immediate family bondings.
