I am going to buy a strip of land on the coast near to Doha and put 5 star facilities in that can be used by everyone at a fraction of the cost, think venice beach ,what do u think?

MD they could make ...MD they could make faciltiies like public washrooms for the campers. You go on a day outing and come back with a full bladder which s about to burst..lol
Very few beachside properties and they all charge you a fortune too.
