Adultery or not Adultery
If you decide to go to an open party where all the guests wear masks and you get a little busy with a minx you met there, but subsequently you find out your wife also went to the same party and it was her you had sex with, does this still count as adultery? Could you still be liable for a stoning due to your intentions? (Assuming the other people in the special party come forward and confirm your actions)

Not necessarily. From the ...Not necessarily. From the sounds of it he's describing a swingers party, which means both of them are open to the idea of sex with others. So it they're both ok with it they won't feel guilty.

Most of my threads do not even mention Islam by name so I am not sure how you infer that, especially as I am asking questions not attacking any particular faith or religion.
