Reasonable hotels in Doha

Hey guys,

I have to fly in to Doha for an interview with Cornell. Could you guys advise as to the hotels in Doha? Should be reasonbaly priced, nothing too extravagant.

Very overpriced.
You could try Ramada Hotel or Rydges Plaza.
Since you are flying over for an interview, I would strongly recommend you ask them to organise your hotel .. at least they will get corporate rates.
Good Luck ... ask for a good wage packet .. it's getting out of control here in Doha.

strange co is not providing hotel?? normally for an interview u get a visit visa and company organizes the visa and hotel stay atleast for 1 day.

you can try oasis (available in the list provided by nicaq25, it's reasonable, take single room and food is also not expensive!!

I'm not coming over for a company interview, its an interview for admission into the Cornell Medical College in Doha. So should I ask them to arrange something for me then?

i don't think college will provide u hotel. you've to do this on ur own.

when are u expecting to come? may be i can take u to my house for 1 day if feasiable, but need to know the time and date first. no promiss yet!!
