Compound Feedback - Al Waab Gardens 1

Hi Guys, we are narrowing down our selection of Villas for permanent housing. Does anyone live at or has lived at Al Waab Gardens? If so can you please give me any feedack. Ie; is the landlord good at having items replaced quickly should they breakdown, is maintanence carried out in a timely manner (or would I be waiting months to have a shower fixed?). What would you expect to pay for a semi-funished villa (so we don't get ripped off) and Are thier lots of families? (we have a nearly 2 year old looking to make friends). Any feedback would be fantastic. Thanks heaps, Aussie Mum x
