Coconut Water ~ Benefits ~
Here is some information about Coconut Water:
'It's a natural isotonic beverage, with the same level of electrolytic balance as we have in our blood. It's the fluid of life, so to speak.'

Coconut water ...Too much coconut water gives you diarrhea and that will make you nuts.
Anyhow COCONUT WINE IS REAL GOOD, I did taste it, no hang over, no headaches, no upset stomach, just a happy note for two hours.

The canned coconut water is not good...they contain
There are "tender coconut", the husk cut as close as possible and shrink-wraped available at some supermarkets...but they too taste not as good...as the fresh ones....
Also I dont understand why the coconut scrappers just throw away the "normal" coconut water at the malls before scrapping them....its a refreshing drink.
There should be more coconut trees in Qatar....lol
