Neph - it's called "putting ...Neph - it's called "putting a positive spin" on things. If we spend our time worring about our "weaknesses" how can we improve. But if we except that we all have areas where we can develop, we can get on and do it. Thus making us all better people!

i gather my strength from my weaknesses... ...my weakness fails me, hits me hard til i sink to the bottom, leaving me helpless and feeling bad about myself. However, it is in there that i bounce back harder, renewed strength, emerged stronger and wiser.
