Life in qatar

Hi everyone,

 

My husband has been offered a job in Qatar with Sasol and me and my 4 month old son will be going with. I just want to find out from anyone what life is like in qatar especially for a stay at home mother.

Do you like living there?

Are the healthcare facilities good?

What are the houses like?

 

Just general information as we have to make a decision by next week before we go on a look see visit.

Hi Nicola,

 

We are in the same boat as you guys = also going next week for our "look see" trip to Qatar.  BTW we are from the same area in SA.  What I suggest is use the search option in Qatarliving.com to get a feeling of what's happening on your concerns.  You will get varied opinions on topics, but I think that's good.  Good luck!
