Monthly price of a car?

My wife and I will be moving to Qatar in August to start a teaching contract. We will be located in Al Khor (anyone living in Al Khor, I'd love to talk more with you) and will have a combined 2400 QR transportation allowance. I'm debating rental/lease versus buying a car when we get there. We don't need a big vehicle (we're used to a Nissan Sentra) and like to have good gas mileage, though with the price of fuel there it doesn't seem to be as big an issue. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to post what they pay per month for their cars? Either what they are paying monthly on a loan with plans to sell if leaving Qatar or renting. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. We would be putting little or no money down on it.
