when you are dealing with brookers for house rent...
one of my friend told me that while he was contacting people for house rent (brookers, owners), he was asked to pay money by brokers for just showing the house/flat (regardless of that the house was up to his expectation or not?)...
anyone faced the same thing?
another twist in accommodation problems?

no just ...kick his nuts and slap him on his face and ask him to provide you with a copy of that new rent law and show you the point in that, that a brooker has to be paid for showing you a house.
