Here is the recipe. I can make it and invite all of you to try it as SPEED said but won't do as some people think I help others to boost my ego and another one think I am Mr. know all.:)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 3 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 egg whites
- 2 quarts oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
- Scoop ice cream into 8 - 1/2 cup sized balls. Place on baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
- In a shallow dish, combine cornflakes and cinnamon. In another dish, beat egg whites until foamy. Roll ice cream balls in egg whites, then in cornflakes, covering ice cream completely. Repeat if necessary. Freeze again until firm, 3 hours.
- In deep fryer or large, heavy saucepan, heat oil to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Using a basket or slotted spoon, fry ice cream balls 1 or 2 at a time, for 10 to 15 seconds, until golden. Drain quickly on paper towels and serve immediately.
Editor's Note
We have determined the nutritional value of oil for frying based on a retention value of 10% after cooking. The exact amount may vary depending on cook time and temperature, ingredient density, and the specific type of oil used.

Thai Fried Bananas ...Prepare Ingredients for Thai Fried Bananas.
Start with some ripe bananas and frozen spring-roll wrappers (the small ones are preferred). Allow wrappers to thaw for 5-10 minutes, then open packet and carefully separate 5-10 wrappers (or as many as you wish to make). Peel the same number of bananas.
Begin to wrap banana.
Place a banana in the center of a wrapper. Grasp either side of wrapper and bring toward the center.
Bring sides of wrapper inward, then pull up bottom.
After bringing in the sides, begin to roll by tucking the bottom end of wrapper over banana.
Tuck end under and continue to roll.
Finish rolling banana and secure end with water.
Fry bananas until golden brown.
Carefully place wrapped bananas into about 1 inch heated cooking oil. The oil is hot enough when bubbles begin to rise from the bottom of pan. Or test by dipping end of wrapped banana in the oil - if it sizzles and begins to fry, it is ready. Note: do not overheat oil - maintain at a medium-high temperature (between 5 and 7 on the dial).
Remove from oil and drain.
Enjoy hot fried bananas plain, or
with chocolate sauce and ice cream.
