Dramatic price increase from Damac ...The prices have increased dramatically. Damac is now charging 1.7 million for a 1-bed! Phenomenal increase, as they were selling them for less than a million in December 2007. Anyway, let me know if you are interested in my one - it is on The Pearl (Sabban Towers) and is a 4 bedroom. Should be ready in July according to the developer.
