QIT booking disaster
I recently booked a trip to the Inland Sea with QIT tours. We booked five days beforehand. At four o'clock in the afternoon before the trip, the company cancelled the trip. The reason - they didn't try to come up with an acceptable excuse - they had had a larger booking. Although I pointed out I had guests leaving the country the day after the trip, who would not now be able to go on the trip, they refused to back down.
Is this an isolated example or has anyone else had a similar experience?
