Living Cost and income tax

I have a job offer from a company in Doha. I don’t have much idea about living in Qatar. can you please let me know if there is any income tax in Qatar? If yes then how does it work? Second how is living cost in Doha in general? Like food, rent (what utilities are usually include in rent?) and any other expense?
When company says health is covered then what usually included into it?
Any one from canada moved to doha please let me know?
