I suggest firing the whole ...I suggest firing the whole Qatar Football Association..I seriously want to se that happen..they want to get all championships, which they are entitled to, but they should not do it irresponsibly by recruiting players and spending millions of dollars without really taking care of the real elements of success. What a pathetic scene!

They do fire teachers ...Theloneus, they do fire school teachers if the students do not bring good results. In my boyfriends school, despite spoonfeeding the kids, they still don't even manage to get an E to pass so what do they do? fire the teachers and bring in new ones.. This goes on every year. Firing and hiring, hiring and firing.. LOL

For better results in future ...For better results in future for Qatari football,sack all foreign players play only Qatari players like the 80's when Qatar reached FIFA U21 World Cup finals,nothing will change by bringing good coaches to Qatar.The Qatari boys here have lot talent and passion for football.

Foreign coaches are of good ...Foreign coaches are of good level, but here they are only taking big slaries,as they will not be paid so much across in Europe or Latin America.In addition, the players level and professional attitude to their job here and in Europe or Latin America is totally different:
90% europeans are hardworking, otherwise- they will not be given a chance to play in pro level, Brazilians-are born talented form nature,needs only skills,stamina and tactics education.Every strong leading team in Europe has 1,2,3 barzilians in their squad, rather good level players( Daniel ALves,Marcelo, Kaka,Maicon, Alex etc).
Local players are playing for fun maybe or fo their own glory,as their life-standard is very high.On the other hand, brazilians came from poor families, that is why they are trying to become really pro level players and support their numerous poor relatives and own family.This is the only chnace for them to help the family get out of poor life.So, they are very motivated and great talented from nature. The equel situation is with african guys; potentially they are born strong, need only proper football education.
As for europeans, they are not so talented like others, but hardworking and disiplined gyus, that is their strong side: disipline+ hardwork.
Thus: Qatar must give more chnace to local,but not spend million for brazilian 30-35 years stars, that are out of fottball market in Europe.Maximum outside 1-3 players, others must be local.Only in this case, the level of football could grow inside Qatar.More football schools and touranments must be built and opened for locals.The education must be done with best ways of europeans and latin america coaches(arbic coaches as assistants of head coach to translate more clear.It is better to spent more money on outside coaches for local, but not for 35 years old outside players.
