 MY FRIEND HA S APROBLEM.. I WANT TO DISCUSS.. HE CAME TO DOHA 2003 IN PRIVATE CO--  WORKED AS PHARMACIST  ( SINGLE) HE MARRIED 2004    . HIS WIFE CAME TO HIM..  THE SPONSER INCREASED HIS ALLOWENCE  WITHOUT CONTRACT FOR HOUSING AND TRANSPORTATION AFTER MARRIAGE .. BUT NOT MENTIONED IN HIS CONTRACT..

 LATER ON SOME PROB HAPPENED BETWEEN THEM.. NOW AND  6 MONTH AGO HE GIVE HIME ONLY THE BASIC SALLARY  WITHOUT ANY ALLOWENCE  AND TOLD HIM IF HE WANT HIS SINGLE ROOM. IT IS AVAILABLE  AS IN OUR CONTRACT.

 THE PROB INCREASED  ..  MY FRIEND MADE COMLAIN IN LABOUR ADMINSTRATION AGAINST HIS SPONSER..  THE SPONSER GIVE HIM ONLY NIGHT SHIFTS AND ALL FRIDAYS WITHOUT ANY OFFS... HIS SALLARY IS NOW 3500 QR.. U CAN IMMAGINE.

 4 DAYS AGO  HE  GOT INFORMATION THAT HE WILL BE CANCELLED  FROM DOHA WITH IN DAYS .. HE RUN   AND  RAISED A CASE  AGAINST HIS SPON... LAST THURSDAY HE FOUND HIS NAME IN  ONE NEWS PAPER THAT HE WILL LEAVE QATAR WITHIN 3 DAYS...

 CAN THAT HAPPEN ENEN THERE IS ACASE? CAN THE SPONSER CANCELL HIM EASILY ( THE CONTRACT NOT FINISHED YET)...??

WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE? HOW THOSE PEOPLE ARE DEALING WITH EACH OTHERS?

johny_boiei said really bad ...

    his sponcer have to face the case in a court...let his sponcer do whatever he want...if ur friend got a date of hearing from court...he cant leave qatar until the case will finish...

and i really dont know what goes wrng with these sponcers as rent goes high and high

لا اله الا الله* johny.. thnx  this mean he cant cancell him or he will do  and he will stay in qatar to  follow his case??( he got appointment in 17/4  in a court)

Johny is right.

But even if he wins the case, ur friend cannot get the raise he had when he got married. Because it wasn't written in the contract.
