High Skilled H1B Visa for US

HI ,

Have Anyone Applied for H1B Visa for US , Is there any genuine Agency dealing with this in qatar, How much will it cost

How many days will it take to get the VISA

I have Applied for HSMP for UK But infortunately the minimum Qualifiaction Required is Masters.

I got an offer from both UK & US But I dont have a work permit.

So your Suggestions are Higly Appreciated.
