Hamad Medical corp Salary

Regarding the starting salary,if it is your 1st stint to work as nurse overseas, that looks to be fair.with regard to the transportation allowance of QR1,000/month it seem to be reasonable only if your accomodation and the hospital are located in the same city. i mean if you will be assigned in Al Khor or somewhere far and your accomodation is in Doha, then that might need to be adjusted. Hamad provide pretty decent housing or the other staff gets housing allowance. I am not a nurse but I know some nurse working with Hamad. Hamad is a government Hospital and in general they give higher salary than the private clinics/hospitals.

Can you provide me Hamad's Agency and contact address in the Philippines as it could also be an option for my nurse daughter in the future. She just passed the nursing board exam and barely starting her 1st job this month.

Your salary is fair enough for an entry level nurse, the question is where your accomodation will be. bachelor accomodation means you will be sharing with two to three persons per flat or apartment, nationalities of which you will be sharing it with will depend on the vacancies available. there are 4 HMC hospitals, plus one for openning this year, in doha all located in proximity of each other with one in far off al khor, if you will be assigned in al khor, your accomodation will be in proximity of AKH. its a different environment than back home, not all patients know english. hamad currently has 5 hospitals, and another one to be opened this year. they still have, i think, around 4 or 5 hospitals being planned.

i'm working in AKH. my colleague was hired from the philippines. she gets to stay in the AKH hostel and receives only half of our transportation allowance, which is reasonable since hostel are just steps away from our workplace.

unistaff and universal are the same agency. supersuper, are they now recruiting for wakra hospital, the one to be opened soon? are they also recruiting for labtechs? how about the placement fee?

qatar heart center or cardiology hospital under HMC is scheduled to open this year, too. it's near the EMS area. hopefully, this june.

eychseeay i think that will be our hospital the cardilogy center because nost of the newly hired nurses are specifically for cardiac areas. do u thnk when will they get us here from the phils.

supersuper, i don't have any idea when they will take you. but as for my colleague who was hired there, it took around 5 months after the actual interview.

supersuper you will land up in Qatar for sure, but you shouldn't have resigned so fast. Have they started nursing recruitment for WAkra as well. For heart centre they have been recruiting staff for last two year.

Yes, resigning from your job as quick as that is not a good idea. Because I heard that they are deploying hired employees after 6 months or more. I guess it is wiser to keep your job until you are sure that you already have the visa. At least you are still earning while waiting for your deployment schedule.

Experience is a good teacher. Don't take it for granted. Instead learn from it.

im done with the red ribbon except for the nbi records to be verified by qatar embassy bcuz im waiting for the verfication forms. the red ribon was mailed to me after 5 working days..i thnk it the authentication was faster than i thoght.

I am a senior nurse from India with 10 years ICU experience. I would like to move to Qatar. Can anyone advice me how to get a job in any good hospitals in Qatar? Is there any recruiting agencies in India which recruit nurses to Qatar? Also tell me what is the average salry for nurses there?

Anyone who have already started their visa processing? i was also interviewed last July 3 thru Universal Staffing Agency in the Philippines but have not received any confirmation/email from the agency on what to do next. Hoping that they will start the visa processing after Ramadan.

Yeah I have been to HUZNA and FARZAN in HMC HR. According to their record, they have already received all my required documents and it is now under verification. Mr. Farzan told they will give me a call after 2 weeks and 1 month is long enough for me to wait again. However, since I am under husband sponsor visa they will consider my application as local hire ((:. On the contrary, applying in the Philippines opened more opportunity for me in HMC than applying here.

I pass the medical exam and have fit to work but i havent undergo the finger print that u said. . The agency didnt require me to. . .

Since I am under husband sponsor they did not chance my visa anymore so i was transferred from international hire to local hire. So I did my medical and CID finger printing here and Alhamdulillah will be starting my job on sunday.
I hope that all of you guys here have already made it to Qatar. See you here. Hope we can have time to meet one day.
