Missing DOG...
Missing DOG
My friend's cute dog have gone missing for 3 days now.
We tried looking for him around the neighborhood but no one seemed to have seen him.
Here's the details:
Dog Name: ROWAN
Breed: Jack Russell Terrier
Color: White and brown (Small dog)
Age: 3 years old
Date Lost: Apr 11, 2008 around 6-7pm
Area: Umm Salma St. Al Matar Qadeem
Owner: Mayette Baladad - mobile # 6602349 / home # 4551462

You better get looking at ...You better get looking at all the pet shops, as they are known to sell dogs that don't belong to them...but be careful, they resort to rather nasty methods...

Yes azzi do...but please ...Yes azzi do...but please tell her to be careful...as they won't want to give the dog to her...one lady got locked in shop while the shop owner left....she had to wait for a month or so before the police would give her back her own dog...

There are people stealing dogs ...they sell them and sometimes use them to fight. It's disgusting and cruel.

My friend been crying and losing sleep since then... ...She brought it here to Qatar with her 2 kids last year. Her husband (QA Pilot) used to live in the villa where I used to stay/rent in.
ROWAN is the baby of the family...i really hope we could find him soon...

ROWAN's not yet found ...Just spoke to Mayette and they haven't found ROWAN yet...
As they already made posters for the purpose of posting, they were informed that posting on walls are not allowed/prohibited. It was agreed that we would be going around the neighborhood this weekend and slip the posters thru houses/gates...maybe we'll have some luck...

Unfortunately many times you ...Unfortunately many times you can only get back dogs if you offer reward from it. Some people might have him and just waiting for this. :( I hope he is fine, and get back where he belongs very soon! :(

UPDATES: ROWAN-look alike FOUND ...Someone called/contacted Mayette that her baby ROWAN was found. They met at Family Food Centre (Airport Road) but IT WASN'T ROWAN. The dog is a SHE, who looks like HIM (ROWAN), slightly bigger and seems PREGNANT. The dog finder can't keep the dog (he's Qatari, I think) so he gave it to Mayette.
