i want some help here!!
i want to buy a cell phone from japan(its hello kitty 815T toshiba) and i wanna know if it will work in qatar??i know nothing about mobile and the third generation thingy!!
and if the phone come in japanese ans english can i install arabic??
please help me!!

Hey try ebay, they deliver stuff here... Well donno how toshibas work, but if has symbian, i think its possible to install arabic on it.

dont think so . ...languages come pre installed.. if it doesnt come in arabic, u wont be able to install arabic on it..
just look into the features of the cell phone, if it supports high frequency GSM, 1800 MHZ it shld work in here.
