school for my kids...HELP!!! ...hi everyone!!!
i wonder who could give me any idea where i could possibly enrol my boys (age4 & 5)...have been searching for an international or british school...they keep on bragging me to study at Doha Montessori & British School, were so excited upon filling up the forms and have been calling weekly to check if they got places for my kids but...sadly, we're told not to call back coz they've already chose other kids...til now my kids don't know what happened..we're off the list...they're really expecting...we've been desperately looking around, calling and checking out schools in doha...ISL is way too expensive..i really don't understand the CAPITAL FEE??? plus Mother tongue FEE???? funny coz Qataris who could afford such fees are the ones exempted from paying the so called Capital and Mother tongue Fees not to mention the 20% (if i'm not mistaken) discount they could get off the total tuition fees...
anyway my point is...i really really really need some help here...i hope those working in international or british or american schools could give me a bit help...i don't want them to waste their time this school year...i'm appealing to those concerned...please have the heart...my boys are really smart and they both love to learn..i don't want them to be deprived coz as a parent, good education is the best thing we could give our kids aside from love...thanks in advance!!!

Try Compass school or Newton ...Try Compass school or Newton International.
If you have a British passport and feel really lucky, try DESS...but I think not much hope there.
Good luck!
A sense of humour is just common sense dancing, sadly, common sense has left the building and is dancing somewhere else.
