Friends your views on Safwany's activities

I think it is fine for the time being. Doha is a very difficult place to get hold of information at the best of times. Perhaps when the classifieds section is more active then he could move there.

I like that Safwany is helping people to settle down even if that's his job.As long as it's ok with the people dealing with him.He didn't over do it and seems to have good knowledge about the places here in Qatar.So what's the problem? both sides are happy!

It’s really cool that we have a real estate agent to ask about the accommodations and we have a dentist to ask about dentistry and a Qatari girl to ask about Qatari women hehe.I mean even in reality you are surrounded by different people who can help you in a way or another.

I was a bit freaked out when he put his number on his profile's "tell us about yourself" bit.(Safway, dude, be creative)

Apart from that, I think is fine for him to try to help out some desperate house hunters, any help is most welcome.

He is really SWITCHED ON. i think Qatarliving needs a person like it. As per his business is concerned I dont think so we should have any concern. We need to think about whats the purpose of this website. Its certainly not a dating place... its a place to help each other out. I thihk he is doing a great job especially for the expatriates like me.

Maybe you and others don't know why I always put my email and number in the forum and in the replies, I don't want to bother the members with the details and I prefere to have a direct contact with the clients away from here and I got a lots of emails and calls latley.

As for the friendly manner, I don't know other ways except smiling and helping my clients even by guiding them to get what they want without any benifits, it means alot to me when I do something useful to people and make them happy.

PKSingh.. get a life for gods sake. Safwany has helped alot of people on this site without being an "in your face" salesman. If he can get a few deals as a consequence, then good luck to him. Id rather deal with him than someone i dont know at all because the real estate business is full of sharks.

Actually I am a very busy guy and I try to reply to the posts here as much as I can and also when I have some free time and mostly at night I can't think of something creative to talk about from the whole busy day work.

i lives in an old compound somewhere in muntaza traffic light, been here for nearly 5 yrs. And now heard they will demolish the compound in the end of the year. I guess i will need your help soon. :-)
