Good Websites for Work in Qatar??

Does anyone know any good websites for work?? My fiance will be looking for work when we arrive in Qatar, but unfortunately he does not have a degree. He has an Australian Master Class 5 ticket (which entitles him to drive a motorboat upto 30 metres professionally, or a first mate on a bigger boat), he also has a Marine Engine Driver 2 certificate (MED2). Since Qatar is mostly an oil and gas industry there must be boats involved somewhere!!! His current work in Australia is as a site supervisor for a constuction company. However, it's construction of housing sub divisions for limestone retaining walls, which I don't think you would have in Qatar, I may be wrong...
But any help would be appreciated,
