need for educated employable qataris

its high time that the qatar government give prime importance to the education of the present generation.there should be inducement for the masses towards academics, the deliquency/dropout rate in qatari schools are high. If it has something to do wiht the system please take step to change it
there are other fellow arab nationalities like egypt,jordan,lebanon who have a greater say in qatar than hte locals because they are educated, a lesson from them will be advisable
companies in qatar is finding it difficult to get some qatari who is employable by international standards
