I had a Philly Steak sandwich and the wife and some zesty Pesto Chicken Pasta. The food flavor wise was 7 out of 10. Food quality wise (i.e. fresh ingredients etc.) seemed 9 out 10. I would go again.

Deserts though were pretty limited, only 5 of them on the menu and the Apple Cobbler that I had was way too sweet.

Quite regular here. Excellent location.. just a 10-minute walk from where I live. Good portion but price are bit above average. I've always had this strange affection for steaks but I don't see how it is better than any other steakhouse. Dessert was too sugary so I wasn't able to consume all of it. The ideal service, fresh ingredients and fine-looking presentation and some very awesome mocktails made this one of my favorite sit-down restaurants in Doha..

I went last week for the first time, the service was amazing. The soup was good, also i tried the spring rolls and it was gr8; ingredients ware so fresh. steak is not the best; a kind of after taste in it. pastas are good as well.

Spicy chicken and pasta was very good.
Chicken philly was dry and no taste.
Tea was instant.
Didnt try the hamburger as it is australian beef and we have found it to be too strong sometimes.

Ambiance great. Open, airy, nice furnishings. Service was excellent. Entree was fair (buffalo chicken quesadillas & buffalo chicken lawash). Dessert was excellent, but pricey. Overall, I thought the prices were rather reasonable for the type of place it was. Comparable to Chili's or Bennigans. Will definitely go back, but try a different entree.

Busy place! We got the last available table, around 2 pm on a Friday.
Fast and friendly service.
I had the pesto chicken pasta. Good, but could have used a little more sauce. Hubby enjoyed the spicy chicken pasta.
Son ordered the bacon and cheddar burger, but the waitress returned a few minutes later to tell him, "We're out of burgers"... not the words a hungry teen wants to hear! He tried the turkey bacon club instead, and said he was glad he did. It looked great, on fresh ciabatta bread. I might have to try that next time!

We were intrigue by this restaurant because of the reviews. That's why we decided to try it last night. The restaurant's appearance is too dull. When you come in there is no one to assist where to sit. The staff are too shy to greet you.

My husband had a philly steak sandwich and it was gristle. He did not enjoyed it at all. I had a mushroom burger. The burger pattie is too dry. It doesn't have the juicy taste that burger should have. It seems like the patty had been in the freezer for awhile. We did not even finish the food.

I think they should try to improve on the menu and the food taste.

Menu
Selection is not as large as a Bennigans or a Fuddruckers however it does have a ok selection of American style pub food. The burgers are large and the wraps are tasty.

Price
Pretty much in line with competition, maybe just a tad higher

Service
The staff is friendly and trys hard to service the guests. Weekday breakfast's advertise 6am-10am but the kitchen is rarely fully ready to go before 6:30am. Weekend buffet popular hot food items are often empty as the trays are small and need refilling. Take away service can be hit and miss as they've lost my order on occasion.

Overall the selection is ok and the decor is modern and very clean. Its just like eating in the States.

I went here last week.
I had the spicy chicken pasta. It was very good. My friends had burgers and they were good as well. Hubby had a steak and it was TERRIBLE! We finished with the apple cobbler which was huge and even though we shared it, we could not finish it. Would come again for burgers/sandwiches, but will never again go for the steak. service was fine, ambiance is OK. I like that parking is readily available.

The breakfast buffet was great value at QR.35. They had an egg cooking station, but not a great choice of food. At QR.35 though was excellent value. I wish the breakfast buffet was open a little later, it runs 6-10 & I am not an early riser at the weekend. Not enough places in Doha do a decent breakfast, so I woiuld definitely recommend this place

Good fresh food, nicely prepared. Menu is a bit deceptive, as it's not entirely American as the name implies, but OK for Doha. Only complaints are that they allow smoking (which is a problem as the restaurant doesn't have a large seating area) and the soft drinks are by the can (vs. fountain style), so you pay for each refill.

After talking about popping in for ages we decided to give it a try. We visited on Friday at 5.30pm and it was empty. We liked the decor and feel to the place, it felt more North American than the other pretenders in Doha.
The menu was interesting and although limited it had enough choice. We started with Chilli fries with cheese to share. Chilli not hot enough for me, but thats a personal choice, it was a good size portion and tasty. Following that I went for the Teryaki Steak and my wife the chilli burger (yes I too was questioning the evening ! Double Chilli!) I have to admit the steak was great, and it came with wedges and wait for it......VEGETABLES ! and cooked perfectly. My wifes burger was also huge and she had to use a knife and fork! She said it was great. For dessert we went for an apple cobbler to share with tea and coffee. I'm not a sweet man, so she finished it off.
PROS: Attentive Service, never had to repeat order, food came on time, excellent presentation and really tasty.
CONS: Music a bit loud for an empty restaurant.

Go again? YOU BET !

Used to absolutely love this place specifically for their buffalo wings and burgers. The problem started a couple months ago when ordering the wings, but instead of the wonderful spicy marinade they had substituted some disgusting asian sweet / spicy sauce. We got completely blank stares from the waitstaff when we inquired about the sauce. It took the manager speaking with the chef to tell us it had been out of stock.

The next couple trips, we had specifically asked if it was the correct sauce only to be quickly reassured it was right. Then only to be disappointed when asian spiced wings arrived at the table.

Yesterday was the last straw. We went in and were told they have now permanently switched sauces. Added to our experience they were out of all burgers and lawash sandwiches. I asked for a Quesadilla instead and were told they were out of that as well.

At that point we simply walked out of the restraunt. If they can get their stocking / delivery problems sorted out, it would be 5 stars but in its current state I wouldnt recommend to anyone!

At last we visited the restaurant after reading the reviews long time ago. It’s a good cozy restaurant a small set-up having a not very fancy not very casual ambience. The best thing was a very courteous staff all Filipinos and the prices were reasonable in fact on the lower side I must say. Menu was ok better then average, taste and presentation of the food was good. However the size of the rib eye steak which I have ordered turned out to be a piece of shrunken some kind of beef so I was not impressed by the steak at least, but my girls enjoyed their orders. Overall a good place for dining out once in a few months.

My Favorite Diner in Doha

Greate Location, Excellant Food, Quality is at its best, Friendly Attentive Service.. and the BEST BURGER IN TOWN!

Good for families since there is a kids area attached to the restaurant where kids can play without bothering you.. and i Heard they are opening an outdoor area as well!!!

Well i go there again today... YES!
