i went here last month... and i found their food... not that good compare to other grill and restaurant places here and outside doha. service.. uh uh... very slow as well.

This is one of my favorite places - one of few I can take all of my children to and everyone can find something they like.

Most of the waitresses are very friendly and good to repeat customers.

I left my credit card their once and they returned it to me! The one at City Centre is usually crowded, however, the other branch by Toys R Us is better.

Typical American, nothing outstanding. You have such food in one, you have in all. Lower rating because not value for money. You want as good steak? buy at 1/4th price from supermarket, grill on burning hot girdle three minutes each side and smear with steak sauce from shelf.

Typical American, better quality than Chili's and of coarse much better than TGI Friday's, same rank as bennigan's, do not try fish or salmon dishes at any American restaurant, stick with the American regularities.

Average restaurant,big portions for VERY big priced food!!lol

i love it! staff are friendly, i love the steak! service is ok, place is good, I'v noticed extra ordinary decor. Well, price quite high than the other but it is in doha. would reccomend to go back after sometime.

Went about 2 years ago and had a steak. To be polite, I was underwhelmed. Steak was overdone despite being ordered medium rare and it was way overpriced.

Went again today and had a burger. Well, I can't even be polite. It was just plain awful. Small, overdone and tasteless. And it took about 45 minutes to serve.

At QR 36 this is double the price of Burger King and half the quantity, not to mention a tenth of the quality and taste. Never again thank you.

the food is not always good, city center branch serves good stake dishes, suhaim bin hamad's branch is always busy, and they are always late in serving the orders.
the service in general sucks, the smell of fries or grilling is remarkable!

very poor service! we ordered a little too much for our consumption for that night, so we asked a crew member to put on take away tray food that have not been touched. at all. we were waiting for a good 20 minutes already, when we asked her again for the take away pouch. and she said, "you wanted those for take away? they've been thrown already." that's how poor their services are.

worst american style restaurant.. I went there a couple of time, the waitress made a mess with my order... cold food.. I tried a salmon salad, my wife a chicken salad.. everything was un stirred, the dressing on the top .. unsalted.. the salmon was so dry.. Bad choices.. we tried again one month later... now, burgers.. the worst burgers in town.. The playground area is a mess, unclean and really hazardous games
