Mc Donald's

i luv the veggie burgers and fries ....and haven't tried any other outlet serving veggie burger to compare ..

i really love mcdonalds,the food and the service they rendering to customers. I went some of the countries but a lot of differences.

for my 3 yrs of stay in doha, i usually have my foods from this golden arches chain near in tv ra markhia,sorry to say i always get poor service and uncourteous staff in drive thru. In landmark,my experience was not good too. like a stone nuggets but still i didnt stop my patience since i like the food,i tried vilagio, good food but waited 13 minutes for my mcroyale,while waiting im looking what theier doing.seems the employee doesnt care to their customers,didnt offer me to take sit and come back. then still have the patience still,the last time i went to the centerpoint in al saad to shop in homecenter and accidentally i browsed the big M,mcdonalds.I went inbetween pizza shop and big M,then one lady in white half sleeves smiled and said good evening.of course i have to go in front of her and said give me seconds to think,the good answer that lady gave was,"no problem,take your time madam" this employee erased my poor experiences in the other bigM shops in doha.she is so accommodating,later on i gave my order and took my mcroyale.guess what? so juicy meat in the burger and tastey vegetables inside it.hmmnn so yummy.5 minutes after i saw the guy cleaning in their dining which makes their space shining.the tall girl in blue shirt and one guy with the lady in white polo were all happy serving to their customers,very sincere and actively moving from here and there.i am thinking this lady in white is a supervisor as i hear her keep demanding to the guys there and moving around in the dining iside and out.i noticed her active and courteous manner that i didnt see from other shops. maybe your management is different from the other shops as i noticed from the way staff moving and working.i;m really love to go baack here again though little far from where i reside.and will never be back to tv ra shops as they were all rude in there.
