this is one of mine and BF's favorite chinese restaurant in Doha..
.
aside from being so accessible, shopping is just a few catwalks away, rather few steps:)

im loving the noodles (almost all of it, in the menu)

This used to be the best Chinese restaurant in Doha. Service is good. Management recently changed, so, let's wait and see. Price increases over the last year have tended to deter increasing popularity. Location a little remote, but good to catch the hockey on Fridays

If you are not Chinese and have only experienced Americanised or Indianised Chinese food than seek advice from a Chinese friend. 2nd best option is to have good discussion with staff of this restaurant. They are friendly and explain the food that you may not have seen in any other Chinese place. Having a good show of pictures in the menu also help. I am sensing that this is authentic Chinese experience. Everything I order tasted great, but definitely different from run of the mill takeaways. Average Doha prices.

This is one of my fave Chinese restaurant! The location is very convenient since it is near to the boutiques and since you will be eating at the second floor, it is great for people-watching while waiting for the food to be served. I've been there lots of times already so I could observe that serving time varies. Sometimes the service is quick, other times it is much slower. The downside also is that the staff are sometimes oblivious to your needs.

However, the food is delicious and is authentic Chinese. So if you want to savor a truly Chinese cuisine, try Wok of Fame!

It was OK. The spring rolls I had were pretty bland and a little undercooked. The sweet and sour chicken was nice and tasted fresh if a little on the sweet side. The fried rice was pretty good. Prices reasonable as well.

So nice location but the service become too slowly, the staffs are so down???
In my present the manager (Indian) was shouting at one of the staff with loudly voice
All the customer hears ( it is too bad)

even i am also chinese i still have to say that this wok of fame is the worst one chinese restaurant in doha! i have been there three times and eache time i was wishing to have a better service than before but i never made it ,and they made mistake to my bill for three times during one meal! and the tast is really bad,it's not chinese food, i really want them to get out of qatar so that the good reputation of chinese food will not be desdroyed by them.
