way too expensive, ambience is superb, persian architecture with good glasswork, they also have a seperate room for the royal guest next to the courtyard(must see), they also have a live persian band, food?..............no comments(may cost you around 200-300 QR only, for dinner)

I ate their last week and thought it was mediocre. The decor is obviously the only reason why anybody would eat there. Which given how good it is, might not be an entirely bad reason to spend 200QR a piece.

Sometimes dining out is all about the experience and in that department, Isfahan Gardens in Souq Waqif really delivers a five star experience. The entrance is hidden away but once you're inside you can't help but think you've been transported to some palace in a B-Grade movie. It has spectacular chandeliers and the place is full of jewels.

Highly recommend this place if you're entertaining guests from out of town - sit downstairs on the carpets for a nice relaxing dinner.

Like others have noted, it is pricey but then you're not visiting McDonalds. My only complaint is that sometimes they play the music too loud and it's difficult to have a conversation.

This is a grat restaurant o impress your foreign guests. Also a good choice for company diners.

The ambiance is great with a lot of local decoration all over the place.

In the main floor you can dine in local low rise tables. (Also there are traditional tables on the balcony).

If you are lucky you can peek inside the private Dining Room of Emir. (I heard that he comes in to Isfahan on a regular basis). This room is a must see.

When it comes to food it tastes very delicious. All mezes (tapas) and main dishes are very tasty and the portions are huge. (You may want to order different dishes to share)

Price is on the high side. You are looking aroaund QR 250 to QR 400 per person.

I hope you like it as much as we did

The food is really not that good compared to other Iranian restaurants in Doha. Although the decor is great, you certainly pay for it in the prices.

The decor (some love it, some hate it, everyone is intrigued by it) is the only thing that sets this restaurant apart from the many other Iranian restaurants in town.

The menu is standard, and pricey.
The food is ordinary.
The service is ordinary. (Doha ordinary - ie BAD)

But... if you want a place to take tourists, this would make for a memorable night out.

Was disappointed with the food, quantity, and service for the price they charge. Better to try out other Iranian restaurants which offer much better value for money. We actually had to always call the staff for everything. They dont even bother to clear your dishes and they add a compulsary service charge of 20% on your final bill. which is why they are not bothered on the service as they are assured of their tips.

What a fabulous restaurant. From the first minute we walked into restaurant until we left restaurant the staff makes us feel very special. The portions are bit too much, but I’m not a big eater thou! The greeting, service & food I rate as 5 star! Really enjoyed it! Can’t wait for my husband to take me back & for sure we will invite out friends too! Thanks Isfahan guys!

None of the other Iranian restaurants can compete with Isfahan Gardens, in terms of the taste and quality of the food. What you get here is the original taste! just yummy.
If it is your first time, I recommend that you try "Qormeh Sabzi" it's a sort of veg & beef gravy.
"qeimeh" is also another great gravy.
For desert try "Faloodeh".
I just love this restaurant. It simply takes me back to Iran.
Though places like Shatter Abbas claim to be Iranian restaurant, they mostly serve Arabic flavored food. But Isfahan Gardens - pure Iranian cuisines.
