The Italian Job

Cuisine:
Contact Number: 4417417
Restaurant Features:
Directions: Location: The Ramada Hotel
Description:

Head through the old building here, out through the back and along the swimming pool to get to the restaurant here. Do not enter if you do not have a sense of humour, the sign at the door warns. This is the restaurant with the singing waiters, who, to be honest, are not overly endowed with musical ability. The food is good, but a little rich, and if you enjoy a laugh you will have a good night here.

Good food and service. Be warned that you might be turned away if you do not book as they are very popular - especially over weekends.

Has a nice atmosphere and the pizza is pretty good. Be sure to make a reservation if you're going on the weekend in the evening.

This resto offers good selection of Italian cuisine. They offer the best LOBSTER salad that I ever tried. The food presentation are goo. Their staff are friendly and warm. But you must reserve early on weekends as this place is a very happening place.

We like Italian Job, even though our favorite dish - the smoked salmon linguini, which was fabulous - is no longer on the menu. We manage with seafood risotto, the seafood soup, and several of the pastas, but oh, how we miss that totally wonderful smoked salmon linguini. Hate the tacky uniforms the waiters and waitresses have to wear, and the industrial setting, but the food is consistently good.

This is not a restaurant for a quick meal - it is, however, perfect for a night time escape to Italy. The decor places you in a rustic, bright, Mediterranean environment. The food is well presented but not overly fussy; it is high quality and the menu comprises varied, traditional, tasty, Italian food. The restaurant also has an excellent wine list, which is reasonably priced.
Service is friendly and efficient and the staff entertain with their singing. It's not La Scala, but it creates a convivial atmosphere and unites the diners. All things considered, it is my favourite restaurant in Doha and every time I walk through the door I am instantly transported to Italy.

I have been here 4 or 5 times now and I always have a good experience.
The food is always good and the service is too.
This is probably the the cheapest hotel restuarant I've been to too.
I wouldn't say it's the most amazing Italian I've ever been to but I really can't complain and happily take visiting guests there who always enjoy it too.
I'd recommend it to anyone. Very nice and very reasonable!
