I have memories of this place being better than it was when I was last there.

Very bad, very rude and very slow service. The waiters seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional, and the management at the front desk when I went to pay were incredibly rude and dismissive.

Food is very average.

Parking is a nightmare.

The decor is sort of interesting, but not enough to make me ever want to go back.

I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't be returning.

Great food, great atmosphere and great shisha! Service is slow on Thursday and Friday nights tho. If you choose the right time to go, you will not be disappointed!

Today i went for Iftaar first time and I am impressed by their decoration but as most of the reviews said that parking is nightmare, service is not impressive especially when waiters could not speak a word of English. Yes these all observations were right. Moreover, that place is not good for children and pregnant women as well coz smoking is allowed inside. Today their drinks were pathetic... if you have maintained such a nice architecture, u shud reflect it in your food and service as well. They didn't offer fresh juices at all.

I will not recommend Iftaar there... I will check their food after ramdan because it is my experience that in case of every restaurant and hotels, there is difference between buffet and per head food qualities......

As in Lebanon, they have nice decoration, but they do get some of the worst waiters. Listen to this, a friend of mine used to work as a shoe maker and they did hire him as a waiter because he got connections. And the last time I was there I was served bad chicken of course I did not eat it I did complain and I left the dish as it is but I still had to pay for that rotten chicken ....VERY RUDE.
When they did start out in Lebanon they were fine, now they are too expensive and they suck...seems the same thing happened here in Doha.
