Thai Snack is a cute and cozy family-run restaurant that is cheap and cheerful. The noodle soups are classic and they have just added roast duck to the menu. Garden dining and take-out are available. For guys only, Thai massage in on premises. They open at 10 am Fridays - unusual in Doha. |

I love Thai food and the food here is fantastic. Don't go if you are looking for fancy decor and furnishings because you will not find them. Excellent value for money. |

Been to many, many resturants in Doha, (well what else is there to do....) from the fancy hotels to the locally run places and this is in my top three if not no.1. Fancy decor is does not have, the best looking staff it does not have, but if you want great, great Thai food at a great price this is the place to go. Even when I eat in I order far too much with the explicit intention of taking home what is not eaten. Probably the only place in town I would brave the traffic for on the weekend. |

Knew it had to be you. I love this place for its variety, taste and value for money. /Although, I must say that it was much better a few months back. My last 2 visits (for dinner), the noodles I had were rather dry... Or is it because it's (I assume) pre-cooked and then heated up when ordered because of the customer turnover, which is very frequent? That could also be the reason why it was rather dry. When I had brunch there, the noodles were fine. |

This one is another for the cheap and cheerful category. The place is cramped and crowded; and certainly not posh. But... the food more than makes up for anything the ambience lacks. Great food, reasonable prices. I foolishly order the spicy chicken each time I go! Highly recommended. |

Thai snack is one of my favourite restaurants, the food is good and delicious, especialy the tom yum soup, fried fish in spicy sauce, special thai fried rice and thai milk tea. The price is reasonable and service are consider fast when you got the number, sometime when weekend few customer were waiting but once u got the number, they only take minutes to serve you. |

It was not up to my expectation. I expected to have a superb Thai food since most people recommend it, but I think it was just okay. The price is good but I found that the portion was also small. Maybe because I like the other Thai resto near the airport, that other resto have the same range of price but the dish is bigger and tasted better. The only thing is they do not have dimsum and further away from our place. The parking is terrible. The waiter is okay. The place is kinda small and feel crowded with so many table inside. They do not have baby seat/high chair, so if your baby is like mine, could not stay sit in a regular chair, bring along your stroller. And if the resto is full, well there would be no place to put it. |

I've been to Thai Snack several times... Everytime the food has been good, service is a bit slow... but they are always really busy... which should say something about how good their food is. Clean--- ummm I'd say they are decent. Check it out... prices are very reasonable. Try the Chicken Pad Thai... Awesome! |

The soups with noodles (chicken, beef, shrimp or vegetables) are huge - one soup really is enough for two people, and SO delicious. My favorite dish is the fish with basil; we also like the steamed dumplings. If you know what you like you can call ahead and just go in and pay and pick up rather than wait in line for a table. Occasionally you don't get exactly what you ordered, but it seems to be just part of the Thai Snack experience. |

The price is right. The food is good but Thai Smile is better. The atmosphere is why I will return in winter. I really like to sit outside in the garden under a tree and forget the desolate desert outside the walls. The one reason I have really questioned going back to this place is the service. It varys from time to time but mostly the waitstaff are rude and can't be bothered with detail (and I am FAR from pickey). Yes I know it's doha but they dont need to shoot you a dirty look for asking for a 2nd visit to the table. It probably attributes to the fact that they know they are popular and can afford to lose a few customers for this reason. |

After searching for 45 minutes, finally found this resturant. The place is not very charming and appealing. However the food was nice and price was way cheap for Qatar. Will definitely recommend and vist again. By the way, the new telephone number is 4329704. |

This is proper Thai food, incredibly cheap, excellent quality. Atmosphere is nice and friendly, sitting outside with lots of greenery and fairylights around you, you could almost be in Thailand. NB for the guy that commented on slow service, sometimes it can be hard grabbing a waiters attention, but we have had our food delivered before we've even finished placing the order before now. (Think it's those clever little wifi devices they use). I would SERIOUSLY recommend this place if you like proper Thai food. |

I see it's a bit over-rated. Food quality is not consistent...Sometimes was nice and sometimes like "What is this?" Service...the worst compared to other Thai restaurants. Is it a restaurant, isnt' it? But I feel it's like the fresh market for fast food. |

Horrible place to be. The waiter there are absolutely rude and moody. Thai people are known for their humble attitude but you can't find it in this place. The food is moderate. I have been to so many Thai restraurants and this is one of the worse. Poor hygiene. You could see the cook doing the cooking and I was suprised and shocked to see some of the things his was doing while cooking... I do not wish to write about it... just keep an eye!! |

This is a worst Thai restaurant I ever eat in my life. Spring rolls just contents 100% cabbages, disgusting. Beef Noodles is tasteless and cold and smell cabbages only. All of the food are just prefabricated. It is not value for money and just bad reputation for the Thai food industry. |

Excellent Thai food similar to fast fry food in Thailand. This food is authentic. I lived in Thailand and this is the same food they serve everywhere there. Good prices, and ambiance. Waiters are busy, and tables could use a clean, but the food totally makes up for it.

Just today, I had my lunch at Thai Snack (Thai restaurant in Al Mirqab quite close to Doha Clinic). Let us all admit that their food is very good however, their service is really frustrating. They do not have the concet of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
1. Waiter looks pissed off while taking my order. 2. Since Ive seen a Wifi on the premises, I have asked for a password politely assuming that the resto gives free access to their customers. The waiter replied, "If you give me 1,000, i'll give you the password." And I said, "Sorry?" He replied, " Not allowed!" And I answered, "oh, ok no problem, thank you!" 3. After finishing my meal, I havent spotted any waiters so I voluntarily headed to the cashier and paid for my bill. The cashier and the waiter who served on my table didnt bother to attend to me. I said, "I wanted to pay my bill." The cashier furiously asked, "What's the table number?" I said, Im sorry I do not know but you can ask your waiter whose beside me in which table number I was. I asked the waiter beside me and he didnt respond. The cashier furiously asked me again, and I answered annoyingly, " I do not know, you should ask your waiter" And the cashier kept on arguing with me. I told him, "You know what, your food is delicious but your service and the way you treat your customers is very bad!" And he arrogantly answered. " I dont care! You are only 1 customer, I dont care!" I replied, " What is the point of having this business if you dont respect your customers?" He started shouting "I dont care, get out of here!" This is the worst and most RUDE restaurant I have been to, and I am not going to patronize their food anymore. And this is not my first time to go to this resto. Ive been in Doha for 4 years now and have visited them many times!I know that they do not have a very good service but being treated in a RUDE manner is unacceptable!
