'Al Waab Signal … ‘temporary closure’'

The Al Waab Signal will be partially closed for one week from today, Public Works Authority (Ashghal) said yesterday.
The closure is in order to complete road work, it said.
Motorists coming from Sadd Signal towards Al Waab will have to turn right at the Lakhwiya round-about and then turn left, followed by another right turn, to come back on the Al Waab Street.
Those coming from Bustan Street towards Al Waab will go straight past the Lakhwiya round-about, turn left and then right to enter Al Waab Street, the Authority said.

Hi everyone -

The weather has been spectacular, so please join us for an All-Ages playgroup at Dahl Al Hamam Family Park, which is located near Landmark Mall. We'll be meeting on Saturday - from 10am-12pm. Last week we had a great crowd of mums from all over the world!

I have included directions to the park at the bottom of this e-mail.

The covered playground is HUGE, so there is something for everyone to do. Please bring sunscreen, snacks and a beverage for your child. You might also want to bring a jacket just in case.

RSVPs are not required, but will be helpful so we can know who to expect. Dads are more than welcome to attend as well; in fact, it's a great social networking event for dads :o)
