Constipation / baby
By consciouseffort on Sat, 12/12/2009 - 3:35pmI have a small baby boy who'll turn 5 months old on the 24 of December 09. The problem is I noticed he passes his stool once only in 24 hours & for that too I have to put lots of baby vaseline for him so that he doesnt feel pain. He doesnt do it himself I have to force him in a certain way. Most of the times whatever he passes is quite hard when I checked by pressing through pamper.
My Mum gives him half teaspoon of honey in milk then after around two hours he passes it or we have to give him orange extract mixed in semi-hot water & little sugar.
I want him to pass it at least 3 times & with ease. Do you ladies have any remedy for that

Do not drink coffee TWICE a day.
Do not take pills with COOL water.
Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm.
Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume.
Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night.
Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS.
Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time.
Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning.
Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.
