Hello,
I am on the short visit to Doha and wondering if personal visit to QR main office may help in obtaining a job with the airline in sales or accounts' departments. In the past I applied a few times on their site but never received a call back. Also the case can be that QR might not like me to join the company.

Maybe someone has an experience in geting a job directly applying in person with them. Do I have a chance?

Have somebody traveled on the airline which offer flight to Dubai for 200 riyal per person. please conform that its not a spam and also tell me about your experience.

Good morning HOOLIGANS! First off i'd like to thank each and everyone one of you that showed up and made the gathering feel very warm and friendly to add to the pleasant weather we experienced yesterday. Second of all....OMG! you all are like a bunch of grown up KIDS! Took me back to my school days where everyone is buzzing with the answers and just cant wait their bloody turn to open their mouths! Gosh now i know what it must have felt like for our teachers to handle us :P

I'm glad everyone enjoyed taking part in it as much as i enjoyed stressing over what questions to have in the quiz and how to make it more fun. Thanks to Ashwindork,Bilu,Loulsy, and of course WitchStix our Quiz mistress for all the help in gathering questions for me.

Air India is investigating reports of a mid-air brawl between pilots and cabin crew on board a flight from the United Arab Emirates to Delhi in the latest of a series of embarrassments for the Indian national airline.

The crew members threw punches and hurled abuse at each other — in full view of 106 passengers — after an air stewardess accused one of the co-pilots on Flight IC-844 of sexually harassing her, according to Indian media reports.

At one point the cockpit of the Airbus A-320 was left unmanned and one of the pilots threatened to land the plane in Pakistan, which it was flying over at the time, according to one of the reports.

A novel idea ? NO! I say this to my kids before a trip anyway ...

A Japanese airline, All Nippon Airways, has started asking its passengers to visit the lavatory before boarding, in an attempt to reduce carbon emissions.

All Nippon Airways (ANA) reasons that empty bladders means lighter passengers, which in turn means lighter aircraft and lower fuel use.

The airline will position staff near the boarding gates in terminals to ask passengers waiting for their flight to relieve themselves before boarding the aircraft.

It hopes that the weight saved will lead to a five-tonne reduction in carbon emissions over the course of a month.
